Frequently Asked Questions

1. Will there be a print version of the EITO 2008?
Starting 2008, the EITO report will no longer be available in form of an annual printed yearbook, but in electronic format only.


2. When will there be data for the country I am interested in?

4. What do I get extra if I buy a 1-year-subscription?
The snapshot report includes the data frozen at the time point of purchasing. All our data is updated twice a year, usually between March and June, as well as September and December. If you buy 1-year-subscription you have access to the current data at any time for a whole year. 


5. What is included in the "Complete Report"?
The complete report gives you access to all available data for all countries and all segments. It is somehow comparable to the content of the old EITO yearbook, published until 2007. Reports on special topics will not be included but soon availble separately.
The complete report is available including Consumer Electronics data or without Consumer Electronics data.


6. I have gotten a license key from our headquarters. How do I use it to get access to the data?
Please follow these 6 steps to activate your license key:
1) First register for your free member account here
2) Login to the EITO Portal. Then go to “My Orders” and click on the button “Add license key”
3) On the next page, please enter the license key.
4) Click “Add license key”. Your report will be shown in the list.
5) Click “Submit” to finally take the report into your “My Orders” list.
6) From there you can now access your report.


7. Can I order via fax or phone?
Orders can only be placed via the online portal.  We have no possibility to invoice you outside the portal. The invoices are produced  automatically and sent to you by E-Mail right after the purchase has been processed.
