1. Will there be a print version of the EITO 2008?
Starting 2008, the EITO report will no longer be available in form of an annual printed yearbook, but in electronic format only.
2. How do I get the data? In which format will I get it?
After you have purchased a report you can find it in your "
my order" page when logged in the portal.
There are 3 ways to download the report/data:
1) Download an EITO report
2) Download a pdf document of excerpts or combinations of EITO reports by country, e.g. only the part for a special country
3) Download the data only in a csv.-file. This file can be imported into many spreadsheet programs, databases or other software for further processing.

4. What do I get extra if I buy a 1-year-subscription?
The snapshot report includes the data frozen at the time point of purchasing. All our data is updated twice a year, usually between March and June, as well as September and December. If you buy
1-year-subscription you have access to the current data at any time for a whole year.

5. What is included in the "Complete Report"?
The complete report gives you access to all available data for all countries and all segments. It is somehow comparable to the content of the old EITO yearbook, published until 2007. Reports on special topics will not be included but soon availble separately.

6. I have gotten a license key from our headquarters. How do I use it to get access to the data?
Please follow these 6 steps to activate your license key:
1) First register for your free member account here.
2) Login to the EITO Portal. Then go to “My Orders” and click on the button “Add license key”
3) On the next page, please enter the license key.
4) Click “Add license key”. Your report will be shown in the list.
5) Click “Submit” to finally take the report into your “My Orders” list.
6) From there you can now access your report.
7. I have ordered a report, but how do I download it now?
After you place your order you immediately have the possibility to download your report.
You can find it in the “My Orders” section of the EITO member area. If you open your order and find only a license key there, you will need to add it to your account in order to access the data yourself. Please follow the instructions in FAQ No. 6 to do so.
Please note that a license key can only be used once.
8. Can I order via fax or phone?
Orders can only be placed via the online portal. We have no possibility to invoice you outside the portal. The invoices are produced automatically and sent to you by E-Mail right after the purchase has been processed.
9. How do I use a voucher key?
Every now and then we have special deals, which we promote including a disocunt voucher key. You will need to add this key to your order before payment in oder to receive the discount. You find the input box on the bottom of your
shopping cart.
1) Simply type or copy-paste the key you have received in the box.
2) Then press the button "add voucher"
3) The price of your order is automatically reduced by the discount.
10. Are my credit card data safe in the EITO store?
The transmission of credit card data (as well as all personal) data is done using encrypted connections (SSL secured; seen as a padlock in all common browsers). Furthermore the EITO portal is PCI DSS certified and meets the high standards of the credit card industry. For your own safety, the PCI standards recommend to change your password at least once a year.
