1. I have forgotten my password, how do I get a new one?

Please click on the "forgot password" button below the sign in and enter the E-Mail address you have used when registering. You will receive an E-Mail with a link to further instructions.

2. Is there a printed version of the EITO?

There is no printed version of the latest EITO reports. Previous editions 1993-2007 are still available as a printed yearbook.

3. Which license model do I need?

We offer following licenses:

  • Single user license: For your own personal use
  • 3 user license: For the use in a small team up to three persons
  • 5 user license: For up to five users at one company site
  • Corporate license: May be used by multiple persons within the company. The license is valid unlimited for all company sites worldwide.

4. How much do I have to pay for the delivery of a yearbook?

5. I have ordered a report for download, but how do I get it now?

After you have placed your order and the payment has been fulfilled, you are immediately able to download your report. You can see if it is already available for you in the section "My account --> My orders". As soon as the order status is set to "paid", you will be able to download the report. You will receive an E-Mail with a link to the download as soon as the report is available for you.

6. How do I use a coupon code?

Every now and then we have special deals, which we promote including a discount coupon code. You will need to add this key to your order before payment in order to receive the discount. You find the input box on the bottom of your shopping cart.
1) Simply type or copy-paste the key you have received in the box in the shopping cart
2) Then press the button "Redeem coupon"
3) The price of your order is automatically reduced by the discount.

7. Which payment method can I use?

8. We are a member of BITKOM or SWICO. Do we get a discount?
